QU Scholarship Winners 2019

It’s an incredible feeling to know you see greatness before it ever comes to be. These five students are just beginning, and lifetimes of learning, growing, sharing, and leading lie ahead for the newest winners of the $2,000 WCU/QU Scholarships. In just a few years, they’ll be serving the community as nurses and lawyers, and in the fields of business, aviation and psychology.

On September 17, Western Catholic Union President & CEO Roger Player welcomed the winners to town. From left to right: Kelly McClure of Webster Groves MO, Jadon Underhill of Monroe City High School, Quincy Notre Dame High School graduates Christa Dowil of Hannibal and Charlotte Horman, and Kennady Fleer of QHS. We are so proud of all these Quincy University students!
