WCU Reaction to COVID-19 concerns
Throughout WCU’s 142 year history we’ve faced many serious interruptions in our normal lives. Again our organization stands strong for you, our members.
Business Operations Will Not Suffer.
WCU sales agents, Home Office staff, and branch leaders will be able to serve you, answer questions, or help you remain confident about your current contracts. As federal, state, or local officials adjust the rules we must follow due to the COVID-19 virus, some of our employees may work remotely. We are committed to providing the high-quality service you are accustomed to. We can assure you that WCU has a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan that includes continuing member services.
If you have concerns about your product, we encourage you to contact your current sales agent. Our fixed annuity products continue to perform as planned, with an expected growth of the interest rate stated in your contract. You have benefited from purchasing this product, rather than investing in the volatile stock market.
Many local branch activities have been cancelled or rescheduled. Branch Officers will make changes in their schedule, as needed. WCU is committed to supporting their community outreach products once we can gather for the good of our local charities.
Our goal is to maintain the well-being of our clients and our employees. Thank you for your trust. WCU is here to help you during these trying times.
