WCU Scholarships
WCU is proud to provide our members with scholarship opportunities.
The High School Scholarship is a $1,000 scholarship that is available to Catholic High School students who are members of the Western Catholic Union. The student must be enrolled in a Catholic High School in grades 9-12 for the upcoming school year. Applications must be received by April 1st.
The applicant must also provide 1 educational letter of reference and submit an essay of 250 words or less answering the question “Why is it important to you to attend a Catholic High School?” to be considered for the scholarship.
Catholic High School Scholarship Application 2026-2027 School Year
The Grade School Grant is a $500 grant that is available to students that are a member of the Western Catholic Union. The student must be enrolled in a Catholic Grade School in grades K-8 for the upcoming school year. Entry forms must be received by April 1st.
Grade School Grant Application 2026-2027 School Year
The Catholic University Scholarship is a $2,000 scholarship that is available to students that are a member of the Western Catholic Union. The student must be enrolled in a Catholic University. Recipients will be selected based on a completed application, formal essay, and the unique value they bring to their campus. This is a renewable scholarship for each year they are enrolled.
New Applicants will be able to apply for the 2027-2028 School Year.
