Ballots for WCU’s 2026 Board Election will be sent out to members on or around July 13, 2026. Voting is open from 7/15/26-8/15/26. Members that have an email on file with WCU will receive their ballots electronically. Otherwise, your ballot will come via USPS. Watch your email and/or mail for the voting information, that will be handled by a third part administrator, Survey Ballot Systems. You will be required to cast your vote online once the voting window is open. If you prefer a paper ballot, follow the instructions in the letter that you will be receiving on how to contact Survey Ballot Systems. We encourage all members to vote!
