Customer Service Representative

Job Functions:

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Process customer requests including policy changes, death claim payments, withdrawals, etc.
• Calculate policy values in accordance with the above requests
• Comply with data privacy laws and procedures as well as computer security policies when handling customer personal information

Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs – Outlook, Word and Excel
• Good written communication skills and organization skills
• Able to work onsite at our Quincy, IL office
• Previous insurance industry experience preferred but not required
