Customer Service Representative

Job Functions:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Process customer requests including policy changes, death claim payments, withdrawals, etc.
- Calculate policy values in accordance with the above requests
- Comply with data privacy laws and procedures as well as computer security policies when handling customer personal information
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs – Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good written communication skills and organization skills
- Able to work onsite at our Quincy, IL office
- Previous insurance industry experience preferred but not required
