Combining Chocolate and Charity

WCU Metro East Branch 14, Collinsville, IL, sponsored a chocolate buffet, silent and live auction to benefit Christian Homecare Services, Inc.

    Christian HomeCare Services, Inc. would like to express our sincere thanks to Western Catholic Union for your generous support All Things Chocolate held on Sunday, September 25, 2011. Not only, did Western Catholic Union encourage your members to attend, but matched our earnings up to $500, and for that we are truly grateful. Through your support, Christian HomeCare Services, Inc. was able to raise over $16,000 to help older adults.
    Christian HomeCare Services offers faith-based, quality and compassionate support
services to individuals 60+ to assist their independence while remaining at home. In 2010, Christian HomeCare Services, Inc. helped nearly 3,000 older adults and their families by responding to nearly 6,000 requests non-medical in-home care, assisted transportation and information/referral services.
