Br. 148 used the “What’s New at WCU?” Campaign

Apple Creek Pg 8bWhen given an opportunity to organize a new Matching Fund activity, one to include some new active members, the Apple Creek MO branch decided to run with the idea.

And to think BIG.

They divided the one Matching Fund, and divided it among four local groups to make an even larger impact on the local parish, and community.

“And you, be ye fruitful, and multiply; bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein.” –Genesis 9:7

So Branch 148 used the “What’s New At WCU?” campaign to replenish fraternalism throughout it’s community.

In the photo in the upper right corner, WCU Branch 148 Recording Secretary Theresa Wibbenmeyer and President Buchheit present a Matching Fund check to Andy Schumer, President of the Old Appleton Brush Hawks.  The Brush Hawks organize many activities to deliver food to many during the Christmas season.

The Branch also supported activities organized by the Biehle Social Club and Apple Creek softball team.
