A high school graduation gift of life insurance as a fraternal benefit with the option of a more permanent plan at age 25.
Scholarships are awarded each year to students who attend Catholic high schools in grades 9-11, are WCU life or annuity members as well as one parent, and demonstrate both community involvement and montivation in academics.
Grants are awarded each year to students who attend Catholic Grade Schools, are WCU life or annuity members, and whose parent is a member of WCU.
Financial assistance to orphaned children of WCU members. Eligible children are covered until their 19th birthday.
If at least one parent is a WCU member, a $25,000 life plan will be provided for newborn children with a statement of good health. The first year’s premium will be provided as a membership benefit.
Enrichment and reflection activities include memorial masses for deceased members.
Awards given annually to young men and women who are pursuing religious vocations.

Funding for the Gerald A. "Tony" Wiewel Vocation Scholarship
Your donation or membership into WCU's Afghans for Vocations club will help fund annual scholarships to deserving men and women. Membership fee is the purchase of tickets for $1 each or 6 for $5. Your name will be placed in a monthly drawing for a year. A beautiful hand-made afghan is given to the 1st name drawn. 2nd will receive $10, 3rd and 4th - $5.
